In town for Braves spring training, location excellent for Cool Today lots of restaurants and shopping nearby. Newly redone home, comfortable and thoughtful furnishings. Everything you may need in kitchen if you need to prepare a meal or grill out, very nice. Our daughter enjoyed the pool days and evenings (the heat option was perfect for March). Super clean. Some new construction/building happening in neighborhood but walkable and safe. We had no problems but the hosts checked on us throughout the stay to make sure we were good. Traveling with grandparents… they really liked the separate in-law suite . A+ stay and hosts!!

The home is GORGEOUS! LOVED the pool!! The beautiful large kitchen, wine cooler and private suite were all A+. Tyler was extremely responsive & his team members were all polite & respectful. The home is located close enough to the highway for restaurant options, beaches, groceries AND the Rays ball park. Thank you for hosting us.

The host, Tyler and the house exceeded our expectations. Great location, close to shopping, restaurants and not far from several beaches. The neighborhood and street are very quiet. The house itself was in pristine condition, clean, fully stocked...comfortable beds and furniture. Shortly after arriving Tyler sent us a text asking how everything was. In all of the years renting vacation homes we have never met a more attentive, accommodating and personable host. The heated pool was the highlight of our vacation, a space where we could hang out in the covered courtyard to swim and relax. An additional bonus was the backyard space which has a large patio, plenty of seating and a fire pit. The backyard has fencing on both sides of the house which makes it totally private. I made a few suggestions for items and Tyler took note of that and had them delivered to the house the next day. I cannot say enough about this lovely home and wonderful host. We plan to return soon!
