We rented this home in Port Charlotte for a family gathering to celebrate my mother's life. With 17 of us spanning three generations, we needed space for everyone. This home exceeded expectations. The home was immaculate and exactly as described. Every bedroom was utilized and the bunk beds delighted the toddlers. The dual kitchens were perfectly designed—one for adults, one kid-friendly. The massive dining table became our gathering place. The outdoor space was fantastic with warm pool days, pickleball games, and putting on the greens. The arcade room was a highlight with bowling, golf, and racing games. Tyler was attentive and responsive. While we were there to lay my mother's ashes to rest on Saturday, this home provided the perfect sanctuary for our family to grieve together and reconnect. The joy on my father's face surrounded by his entire family meant everything. Tyler, thank you for opening your home to us during such a meaningful time. That meant so much to us all.

Found this place when heading down to Spring Training to see the Braves & Rays. Roughly 15/20 mins to both stadiums. More established neighborhood. Within 5 mins drive to just about any type of restaurant. Walmart & target were quick Uber orders. Home is very spacious with 2 kitchens, ideal for large groups. Game room is very busy and had a little something for everyone. Plenty of entertainment throughout. I believe the house had 6 or 7 TV’s. Didn’t have any wash cloths ( only the larger towels) but it was an inexpensive delivery order. Would choose the option again if available next year.

This place was an amazing stay for our group of friends. The listing has all the amenities you could ask for and is very spacious. The arcade room, pool, and pickleball courts were also amazing. I would highly recommend this place for a group as it was perfect and Tyler was great. Hopefully we will get to come back again someday!

Tyler's place was wonderful especially for a large family! Very clean and beautifully appointed rooms. The game room was a hit!! Tyler was an amazing host, so responsive and thoughtful. My family and I can't wait to plan our next stay.

Our host, Tyler, was very personable, kind and responded very quickly to messages. The home was spacious, very clean and met all our expectations for a family gathering. All types of games for entertainment; kitchen stocked with amenities and cozy blankets nearby wherever you sat. Truly a home away from home!

Beautiful and spacious house. The host Tyler was excellent, he answered all of my questions in a timely manner.

We had a great stay at this property. We were in the area for a baseball tournament and a large group of us stayed here together. The game room is awesome. The kids and adults had a blast. Kids loved the pickleball court too and were out there for hours. House had everything we needed and the rooms were very comfortable. Some nice little touches too, like the notebook where you can leave a message to the homeowner about your stay, and a beach tent, cooler and chair to use. Kitchens were well stocked with dishes, glasses, etc. Bathrooms had plenty of towels. The large kitchen/living area was great for our group. We spent most of our time there. The one negative we had was the pool. It was a little underwhelming, but that didn’t stop us from using it. Tyler was great. Any minor issue/question we had, he was very responsive and helpful. Would stay here again. Great place for large groups.

This stay was perfect for our family. The ages of our grandchildren range from 17 to 3 and it worked well for every age. I would highly recommend. Tyler was very good to work with and made our stay a good one.

The home accomodated our group of 15 very well. Tyler was quick to react when we had requests. The house is centrally located.

We stayed in Tyler's place for a family reunion. The space and the lay out was perfect for our gathering, enough space where we did not feel on top of each other. We met poolside everyday, to plan our days adventures. Everyone loved the game room, something for everyone. Beds were comfy and enough full baths to go around! Tyler made checking in and out easy and when ever we had a question he would respond in a timely matter. If we ever do a family gathering again in Port Charlotte, we'd defiantly rebook. Our family decided to have a family vacation in Florida and we had people coming from North Carolina, Illinois, Wisconsin. Iowa and Indiana. There was something for everyone in the few days we stayed and we were able to cook all of our meals in the home. Wonderful Thanksgiving. My 20 something grandchildren particularly had a great time in the game room and our chefs enjoyed the grills. It was a great experience.

Great home for a large group. Modern and aesthetically appealing. Large table that seats 10, can be used for meals, games and activities for all to be together. The bedroom to restroom ratio is well suited for large gatherings in addition to having access to two kitchens! The arcade room will exceed your expectations! Very fun! We thoroughly enjoyed our time there.

This is an amazing place to stay, especially for a large group. Tyler was exceptional in helping us through a tough situation caused by hurricane Milton. It turned out to be the perfect setting for a very special day. Tyler was quick on helping out if we had any questions or concerns. Would definitely stay again.

This home was just as described and couldnt be more perfect for our family gathering to celebrate our fathers 90th birthday. 2 kitchens, 2 living rooms, everyone had a bedroom with a bath. Simply perfect! And the arcade room was unbelievable. To see a 90 year old playing video golf and driving a racecar…. What memories we made. And the little ones learned to swim in the pool. Tyler even allowed early check in for the ones who flew all night from Hawaii. And responded well to any questions. I wouldnt hesitate to rent this compound again!!
